In accordance with the legislation in force for distance selling (Law of 12 May 2010), the customer has the right to renounce his purchase without penalty and without giving any reason. The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the day after receipt of the products ordered to return them to Fingova srl for exchange or refund, excluding delivery costs. To obtain a refund or an exchange, the client must return at his own expense and under his responsibility the new products (with the delivery note) in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories, (as received and among other instructions for use and documentation) to the following address: Fingova srl , Grand Place 27 6120 Ham-sur-Heure (Belgium). All articles of clothing and textile for animals will be reimbursed subject to the respect of hygiene and cleanliness of the articles.
If the products are returned to Fingova srl under the conditions and time limits mentioned above, Fingova srl undertakes to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, except for delivery costs and possible collection costs by a third party such as paypal, Payplug, and any other intervening party, without charge if bank transfer. In the case where the initial delivery costs were borne by Fingova srl (order of an amount entitling to a delivery "free shipping" or in case of promotion) these costs are deducted from the amount reimbursed to the customer. Reimbursement is made within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the goods by Fingova srl .
